Data & methodology

We build this directory from a union of public sources (OpenStreetMap, public web search, and where available a public registry), then independently verify each indexable med spa against its own public website. Ratings and review counts are shown only when a direct public source is stored. We never republish review text, and we never publish private contact details.

How automation is used

A structured-output language model extracts candidate facts from a bounded set of clinic-owned pages. Deterministic checks then reject unsupported names, invalid prices, placeholder contact data, out-of-range ratings, and out-of-scope businesses. The model is never asked to add generic prose to make a page longer. If sufficient sourced facts are unavailable, the page remains out of the search index.

Evidence and freshness

Each profile lists the first-party pages used during its latest successful verification. Price indexes use only plausible, explicitly published starting prices and display their sample size and snapshot date. Data is scheduled for regular refresh and may still change between checks.
